EFT TAPPING POINTS
EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) or Tapping is an Evidence-Based Modality based in Energy Psychology and is very similar to Acupuncture but without the needles. It allows you to feel calm, feel relaxed, reduce your stress, reduce your overwhelm and your anxiety.
EFT works on the emotion centre of the brain, calming the fight or flight response that is activated during times of high stress and anxiety. It is self-applied and gives you a tool right at your finger tips to help you feel calm in the moment.
Tapping also gives you the opportunity to work on the most important relationship, the relationship you have with yourself. This relationship is at the very core of your being and affects every part of your life.
