Feeling nervous before your first session is absolutely normal, this is a new avenue for you and this will bring up feelings of nervousness. My offering of a free online video consultation is very helpful in calming your nerves, as you get to spend some time with me before delving into any of the challenges you have been experiencing.
I offer you a safe space to feel calm as you start to uncover what you have been experiencing.
Each session is individualised for you, I use a person-centred therapy approach which means you are always in control.
Each session is a combination of counselling, EFT-Tapping and Angel Guidance.
This is a great question and is very individual and depending on your personal experiences.
I recommend weekly sessions for 4 weeks and then we can re-assess what you need.
Of course you are always in control and can decide what you feel is right for you with my guidance.
All sessions are online utilising secure video platform called Zoom.
Once you make your booking you will receive a confirmation email with all the details including the link to join our call together.
You will also receive a reminder email and sms message.
This allows me to work with and support you no matter where you are located.

It is important to me that you feel safe within my environment and I am able to provide what is called limited confidentiality. For all Holistic Counselling Sessions I have a very simple Fee Schedule.
Holistic Counselling Session – 60 minutes – $111 – subject to change
Nicole Ivens Holistic Counselling requires 24 hours notice for cancellation of your appointment. Cancelling your appointment with less than 24 hours till your scheduled appointment will incur the full session fee.
Your payment will be applied to the new appointment time as long as the appointment is rescheduled 24 hours+ prior to the original appointment.
Prior to your session you will receive an invoice via email and you can pay online with credit or debit card.
Yes. The secure online video platform I use allows me to work with people all over the world.
Unfortunately no, as this stage a mental health plan can only be used with Clinical or Registered Psychologists. Your GP can provide you with a referral.
I encourage you to check with your private health fund as to whether you are covered for counselling, as all funds are different.
