As a Holistic Counsellor and Accredited & Certified Clinical EFT Practitioner based in Australia, I offer a unique approach that combines traditional and alternative therapies.
By bridging these two worlds and integrating talk therapy with EFT Tapping, I have found great effectiveness in helping my clients.
I believe that seeking help doesn’t have to wait until you’re at your breaking point.

1. Set an intention

Setting an intention is a vital part of the process, it is important to be clear about what you would like to achieve, process, heal and release in our time together.

The intention setting process also serves as notice to your nervous system that we are about to go to work.

Your nervous system likes a warming up period and this serves to ensure it is ready to come along for the ride.

Your story is unique to you and no two people will ever have the same experience.

This is another vital part of the puzzle in your healing journey and your time in my world.

I provide you with a safe space to start to unpack your story aka your individual experiences.

This will help you to understand yourself on a deeper level and gain clarity about your experiences.

Through your story telling:  Events, experiences and unprocessed emotions are going to reveal themselves.

Your subconscious mind is going to spoon feed little bits to us, like a green flag to go ahead and heal and release.

Your nervous system always sets the pace and we only heal as quickly or as slowly as it dictates.

You are always safe with me as a trauma aware and informed therapist.
